The 10mW 14-Pin Butterfly DFB Laser Diode, ITU Grid Wavelength offers a reliable and high-performance solution for dense wavelength division multiplexing (DWDM) and other optical transmission applications. Covering a wide wavelength range from 1527.22nm to 1610.92nm on the ITU-T grid, these laser diodes are housed in a hermetically sealed 14-pin butterfly package and integrate a thermoelectric cooler (TEC), thermistor, monitor photodiode, and optical isolator to ensure excellent thermal stability, wavelength accuracy, and output reliability.
All Fiber-Life laser diodes are Telcordia GR-468 qualified and RoHS compliant, making them ideal for telecom, CATV, and optical sensing systems where stability, precision, and long-term reliability are essential.
