Pump Combiners

Pump combiners are key components used in fiber lasers to combine multiple pump signals into a single fiber of the laser material to provide excitation energy to excite the laser material to produce laser output.

The pump beam combiner usually consists of multiple input fibers and one output fiber, the input fiber is used to input the pump light signal, while the output fiber outputs the combined pump light signal to the laser material. The main function of the pump beam combiner is to combine the optical signals from different pump sources into a single synthesized beam, keeping the phase and power of the beams stable to ensure uniform and efficient excitation of the laser material.
