DWDM/CWDM OADM (Dense Wavelength Division Multiplexing/Coarse Wavelength Division Multiplexing Optical Add-Drop Multiplexer) is an optical wavelength division multiplexer and optical wavelength division multiplexing demultiplexer. multiplexer that supports both DWDM and CWDM technologies and has Add and Drop functions.

Specifically, the DWDM/CWDM OADM allows specific wavelengths to be added or removed from an optical communications network without affecting the transmission of other wavelengths.
