SDH EDFA

SDH EDFA (Synchronous Digital Hierarchy Erbium-Doped Fiber Amplifier) is a fiber optic amplifier used in Synchronous Digital Hierarchy (SDH) networks to amplify optical signals transmitted in SDH networks.

SDH is a synchronous digital transmission technology for fiber optic transmission and is commonly used to transmit services such as telephony, data, and video. In an SDH network, optical signals need to go through a series of transmissions and distributions to meet the needs of different services. To ensure that the signals are not subject to attenuation during transmission, the signals need to be amplified using fiber optic amplifiers.
