PM Beam Combiners/Splitters

PM Beam Combiners and PM Beam Splitters are closely related optical devices that manage light beams while maintaining their polarization state. PM Beam Combiners merge multiple light beams into a single output, whereas PM Beam Splitters do the opposite by dividing a single beam into multiple outputs. Both devices use similar technologies to ensure polarization preservation, featuring high extinction ratios, low insertion loss, and high power handling. They are often used together in optical systems, such as fiber optic networks, where one splits a signal for distribution and the other merges signals back into a single path, playing complementary roles in managing polarized light.
