The 3 Ports 1550nm Polarization Maintaining Optical Circulator is a high-performance, non-reciprocal passive optical device designed to guide light sequentially from Port 1 → Port 2 and Port 2 → Port 3 while preserving the polarization state of the transmitted signal. Operating at 1550 nm, it offers low insertion loss, high isolation, and an excellent polarization extinction ratio (PER), ensuring reliable and accurate optical signal transmission in polarization-sensitive systems.

Built with PM1550 PANDA fiber, the device maintains precise polarization alignment — with the slow axis aligned to the key by default — providing outstanding stability and repeatability over time and temperature. Its compact and robust construction makes it suitable for both laboratory and industrial environments.

The circulator is widely used in fiber laser systems, interferometers, coherent detection setups, fiber sensors, and optical test instruments, where polarization control and signal integrity are critical.
