VOA Variable Attenuators

Variable Optical Attenuator (VOA) is an important optical passive device in fiber optic communications, through the attenuation of the transmission of optical power to achieve real-time control of the signal, can be used with optical wavelength-division multiplexer (WDM), splitter detector (TAP PD), erbium-doped fiber amplifier (EDFA) and other optical devices constitute ROADM, VMUX, gain leveling EDFA and other modules, can also be directly used for optical receiver overload protection.
